Joe joined FirstHired as a Managing Director in 2007 bringing over ten years of experience in the executive search/candidate development business. He has played an important role in the success and growth of FirstHired over the years. Throughout his career, Joe has worked with close to a thousand job seekers and hundreds of companies and is an expert in all areas of candidate coaching and team building. His direct involvement in the hiring practices of more than one hundred companies has given him the insight necessary to teach job seekers exactly what it takes to gain a competitive edge in any job market.

Joe began his career in the talent acquisition business when he joined Bridgegate in 1998. During his four plus years at Bridgegate, Joe was a consistent President's Club Winner and worked with many of the most recognizable startups in the Southern California market.

Before his career in the recruiting industry, Joe spent over seven years as a real estate finance executive where he secured financing for builders, developers and high net worth individuals. He consistently surpassed both client and company goals.

Joe currently resides in south Orange County and holds a B.S. from Miami University in Oxford, OH. His 13 year old daughter Scarlett is recognized as a leading member of her school's national traveling dance team that has won numerous awards.
