One of the main reasons job seekers have limited success finding meaningful work is they are simply unaware of what works and what doesn't. This in turn leads to countless hours, weeks and months of effort with limited success. Most everyone we meet applies the same tactics (job boards, networking, recruiters, etc.) and most end up with the same results. Less than 10 percent of all jobs are filled through these methods and yet 95 percent of all job seekers continue to use them. Who wouldn’t be frustrated?

We employ a different way. A much more effective way. While so many people claim to be career advice experts, it is our 15+ years in the executive search business that actually validates us as experts. Since 1994 we have met with and spoken to hundreds of hiring managers and thousands of job seekers. As search professionals we have had direct involvement in the hiring process with many of the largest companies in the U.S. We know exactly why certain job seekers consistently land more job offers and ultimately careers they are proud of. It is this knowledge and experience that is the foundation of what we teach.
