For over 25 years I have been helping technology professionals reach their career goals. Both as a retained recruiter and a career coach/advisor.

In 2000, I started First Round Search, a retained search firm focused on scaling tech startups. We grew to over $10M+ and 15 full time employees. This gave me a front row seat into the hiring practices of 100's of technology companies.

My work with Founders, CEO's, Department Heads, VC's and top talent has given me the knowledge and insight needed to make a measurable impact as individuals work with me to build amazing careers.

This inspired me to start First Hired in 2008. A career coaching/advisory firm focused 100% on helping technology professionals as they navigate a sometimes-challenging market and overcome obstacles that so often derails even the most experienced job seekers.
